Spring Campaign - Love Being a Local

There’s more to life and more to love in Ellenbrook.

You'll love life as an Ellenbrook local

There's so much to love about living in Ellenbrook. Like the thriving town centre with everything you need and everyone you know. Or the greenery galore with 54.35ha of parklands, wetlands, bushland and sporting fields to explore. It’s why Ellenbrook was named the world’s best master-planned community, and why you’ll love being a local.

I love being a local because it’s a convenient place to live as I work FIFO, it's a nice quick trip to the airport down Tonkin Highway. I also really like where I’m building as it's so close to the main shopping centre and will be walking distance to the new train station when it opens

Frequently asked questions

  • What First Home Buyer’s Grants are available?

If you’re a first home buyer, you can take advantage of the First Home Owners Grant (FHOG), which is a once off payment of $10,000 to help you build your new home.

The First Home Loan Deposit Scheme (FHLDS) is a Government initiative to help you build your first home sooner. If you have less than a 20% deposit, you are normally required to pay Lender’s Mortgage Insurance (LMI). With the FHLDS, the Government guarantees up to 15% of the value of the house and land package, so you won’t need to pay LMI, saving you thousands.

  • What is the difference between titled and untitled land?

Titled land means individual blocks have been physically created (which means you can see it in person and it’s ready to start building on straight away), and there is now a record of the specific lot through a Certificate of Title, which is registered with the Land Registry. The block is now able to be settled by the purchaser.

Untitled land means the above process has not yet taken place. It could be under construction, or yet to be developed. When purchasing untitled land, you will be advised of an estimated Title Due Date by our Land Sales Consultant, for when your new block will be ready to build on.
