Train line to Ellenbrook

In what’s an exciting development for the future, Ellenbrook is slated to get a new train station as part of the WA Government’s METRONET project. An extension of the existing Midland train line, a new rail line will extend from the Bayswater station, travelling up the centre of the Tonkin Highway, along Drumpellier Drive, and into the heart of Ellenbrook town centre. Construction commenced on this new 21km rail line in 2021, and is on its way to open in 2024.

Located in the space south of The Parkway and west of Civic Terrace, the new station creates a transport hub for this already well-connected town, providing even more transport options for Ellenbrook residents.

An attached dedicated bus interchange offers direct bus transfers across 12 stands, creating a seamless pathway to and from school.

500 parking bays offer ample parking for the morning commute, and secure bike shelters and universal access ensure that travelling to and from the new station is as easy as possible.

State-of-the-art security ensures a safer experience for all passengers.

Just minutes away from the new station development, and within walking distance of Ellenbrook Central, our available land packages tie in seamlessly with the location. Whether it’s getting to work, dropping the kids off at school, or taking some time out for yourself, there’s everything you need to live your Ellenbrook lifestyle with ease.
