As your local Land Sales Manager, Josh is your go-to for any land sales enquiries for Ellenbrook. With over a decade of land sales experience for LWP, he can help you find your perfect block, answer any questions about the estate and assist you in signing your land sales contract.
Involved with the estate since 2014, Josh loves how passionate the residents are about the suburb they live in, as many of them purchased their first home here over 25 years ago and still living within the community because they love it so much.
The estate’s proximity to the Swan Valley is also a big plus for Josh, with so many great wineries, breweries, and restaurants to visit. Tyler’s Vineyard and Lamonts are his two favourites.
As Development Manager of Ellenbrook, it’s Jordan’s responsibility to oversee the day-to-day operations of each development, taking projects from an early planning phase to when you move in and call The Glades home.
With a background in civil engineering, he loves the ability to help bring the vision for Ellenbrook to life. Jordan works alongside a team of consultants, civil contractors, landscapers, sales and marketing teams, project accountants, and local and service authorities.
As your Contracts Administrator, Phillipa is your point of contact from when you sign your land sales contract until you reach settlement on your chosen block of land. While a Contract Administrator ensures that all parties adhere to their agreed requirements, a strong knowledge of contract law and attention to detail is required to get the job done - something Phillipa has in spades.
A key member of your team throughout your buying journey, Phillipa is there to liaise with your builder and finance broker, and assist with relevant documentation, contract extensions, queries about land titles and more! On top of all that, she’ll even work with you to settle on your block within the contract terms.
Phillipa loves the family-friendly design of Ellenbrook. She thinks there is something special about families being able to get on their bikes and head to Laneway Seven for a coffee before going to Hesperia Park for a play.
As the Building & Design Coordinator for Ellenbrook, Stacy is your main point of contact for building approvals, design guidelines, fencing and landscaping, as well as any future approvals after you’ve moved in (such as pools or sheds).
Responsible for the estate’s design guidelines, Stacy ensures the estate presents to a high standard once built. Once your building application has been sent through by your builder, Stacy will be on hand to review your floorplans and colour selections to ensure they comply.
