Everything You Need To Know

An email will be sent at 2pm AWST this Saturday 29th November advising that the lots are now for sale.
Review the Stage Plan and the lot details provided.
Reply to the release email (joshuak@satterley.com.au) with the following information:
1. Preferred lot/s (up to 3)
2. Finance type (cash unconditional, or finance required)
3. A copy of your finance LOE (if finance is required for the purchase)
4. Buyer type (owner occupier or investor)
5. Expressions of Interest submitted prior to 2pm AWST on the day of release will not be considered.
Expressions of Interest must be sent by the purchaser and cannot be completed by a representative such as a builder.
